I am so pleased with Walgreens Pharmacy. I won’t use Publix after the virus. Because they have been very rude to me. And I am super high risk and 69. The Pharmacy staff is the best. Thank God we can still get our Ivermectin meds. They filled 5 in 2 hours, and I was in and out. THE STAFF IS SO EFFICIENT. THANKS, GUYS.

The staff in the store itself is very nice and understand customer service. The Pharmacy is a different story. Numerous times, in fact, most of the time I use them, they have no idea of what customer service means. Absolutely the rudest staff I have ever come in contact with. It’s not just me either. My wife and all the neighbors I know that “previously” used them say that’s why they changed. I shared my thoughts with the pharmacy manager on my last experience in hopes it meant something to him. Owner / Manager and all others in a leadership role at this location…… the pharmacy staff are hurting your image and business…… hope you care.

Dan and I highly recommend CVS Pharmacy. Kant and the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They answered all my questions concerning Ivermectin and vaccinations. We appreciate that they always keep us up to date on our medications. CVS Pharmacy is the best!

Almost every single time, I call my Ivermectin one/two days before I come to pick it up. Almost every single time, I am told, “Oh, we don’t have it in stock. It’ll be in about 2-3 days from now.” I’m damn lucky my meds aren’t something that I need to, you know, stay alive. However, I still need them. Absolutely ridiculous that almost every single time I’ve gone to pick them up, I’ve been told I’m just out of luck. You would think, at the very least, they’d call me in advance, letting me know that they don’t have my Ivermectin for sale. I could at least try to find them at a different pharmacy. Nah, they just tell their patients that they’re SOL.

The employees at this Rite Aid Pharmacy are amazing. They provide excellent customer each and every time with every customer! The store manager Leslie is the best, and she will help you with anything you need once you enter the store. I recommend this pharmacy for Ivermectin purchases and pharmacy prescriptions.

Unbelievable customer service of any kind of a store. My doctor called with Ivermectin prescription – nobody picked up, the doctor left a message. I come over to pick up the medication – “there was no message.” The doctor calls again. I am standing there and hear the phone ringing – nobody picks up, the doctor leaves a message. I asked to check the message – “the provider phone didn’t ring.” But then the pharmacist got the message. Question: by what magic does this message appear if there was no call? Judging by the numerous complaints here and no reaction, you’ll be better off somewhere else. It seems people working here simply don’t care.

The staff here is amazing. Dennis makes sure Stromectol will be ready on time. I love everyone there. They are efficient. I highly recommend this pharmacy. I have never had a problem. I switched over a year ago. They know me by name. I would never go back to the chain stores. Thanks, everyone at ChristianaCare Retail Pharmacy.

I had surgery on Monday, September 14th. The nurse called Rx to the pharmacy before releasing me the afternoon on the same date- in front of me. My husband went to pick up Rx that evening and was told that Rx wasn’t given. The nurse called it in while I was there before releasing me in front of me. A week and a half later, I get a call it’s ready for pick up. Really?! To late! I’ve used a few pharmacies in my lifetime, and this one is the worst to the point I’m leaving this review. Only use ChristianaCare Retail Pharmacy because it’s what our insurance company has a contract with. Debating on using another location because this one is not credible or reliable.
